The challenge
Dafin builds enterprise AI for wealth management: an intelligent layer that sits between the firm, the large language model and the firm’s own data. Alongside its AI assistant, it offers a platform of connected wealth-management modules. Its customers are private banks, wealth managers and portfolio platforms — and its central promise is security: “a wall between your data and the model”.
Selling that is hard. The buyers are senior, cautious and regulated. A relationship manager, a CIO, a compliance officer and a platform’s product lead all need different answers, and none of them will book a call from a website that sounds like generic AI marketing. The site had to make a technical, security-first proposition clear, credible and specific to each kind of firm — and turn that understanding into demo requests.
What we did
B2B website design and development
We designed and developed the Dafin website as a structured B2B sales tool rather than a brochure:
- a home page that leads with the outcome buyers care about: AI that a compliance team can sign off on
- product pages explaining the intelligent layer between the firm, the LLM and its data
- a platform section presenting the connected wealth-management modules, and a product overview that shows how the assistant and the platform work separately or together
- a dedicated security section, built around the wall between client data and the model
- audience pages for private banks, wealth managers and portfolio platforms, each speaking to that buyer’s own concerns
- use cases across the front, middle and back office, plus focused feature pages such as pipelines and onboarding
- an about page, a journal for thought leadership, and a demo booking page as the conversion point of every journey
SEO for an enterprise AI brand
We built SEO into the structure from the start: page titles and descriptions written for the searches of each audience, clean headings, internal links from every audience and feature page towards the demo, and a journal that can earn visibility for topics such as AI, trust and data control in finance.
Social media
We supported Dafin’s social media, so the brand’s presence outside the website carries the same message and points back to the same journeys.
Strategy advice
Throughout the project we advised on digital strategy: how to position Dafin for each audience, which pages to prioritise, and how website, search and social should work together to produce qualified conversations.
The results
Dafin now has a website that matches the seriousness of its product:
- a clear architecture — product, platform, security, audiences, use cases, journal — that lets each buyer find the answer that matters to them
- three audience-specific journeys for private banks, wealth managers and portfolio platforms
- security placed front and centre, where regulated buyers look first
- a single conversion point, the demo request, reachable from every page
- SEO, social media and strategy aligned behind the same positioning
For a B2B company selling into regulated finance, that clarity is what turns a visit into a meeting.
